INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Expression of Interest is hereby invited from landowners who are willing to transfer land to the Adimali Grama Panchayat, either free of cost, at the price fixed by the Government, or at the value determined as per the valuation certificate issued by the competent authority, for the following purposes:
- Purchase of land for the Adimali Grama Panchayat Stadium
- Purchase of land for the MCF (Material Collection Facility)
- Purchase of land for a Turf
The land offered shall be free from any court proceedings, attachment or surety liabilities with cooperative societies, mortgage liabilities, or any other encumbrances. The land shall also not fall under any restricted category, including vested forest land, ecologically fragile areas, Government land, land assigned to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe persons, land coming under the purview of the Paddy Land and Wetland Conservation Act, or any other similar restrictions. The land must also be within the permissible limit prescribed under the Kerala Land Reforms Act.
The duly prepared Expression of Interest shall be submitted to the Grama Panchayat Office on or before 31 July 2026.
